Bandýrma Industrial Zone’s construction was started in 1997. All utilities services, infrastructure investments, electrical transmission lines were completed, ways were laid down with cobble cobblestone. Also natural gas pipeline will build in a year. Accountancy building probility of railway connection with Bandýrma Port was started to search.

 Bandýrma Industrial Zone was built on 150 hectare and also has 150 hectare    substitute area. As of now total 973 604 m2 and as large as 74 industrial parcel between 5000 m2 and 35000 m2 was sold.
